INDIVIDUAL COACHING · PL / EN
A conversation centred
on what matters to you.
A space to understand your situation, notice the choices available and find your own next step.
What coaching can offer
Coaching is a partnership in which we explore a topic that matters to you. It can focus on a specific decision or become a longer process around change. We agree on the direction together and return to it as your understanding develops.
What you can bring
A feeling of being stuck. Pressure or overload. A changing relationship with work or with a role you hold. A decision, a transition, a search for direction. These are possibilities, not a checklist you need to fit.
You can also begin without a clearly defined goal. We can explore what needs your attention.

THE PROCESS
How we work
together.
- A first meetingWe explore your topic, discuss how I work and see how it feels to work together.
- A shared agreementWe clarify the direction, expectations and practical terms of the process.
- Ongoing conversationsWe follow what emerges, make connections and explore possible steps.
- Taking stockWe return to what has changed, what you are taking with you and what you need next.
My role in the process
I bring attention, questions, observations and, when useful, a different perspective. My work draws on humanistic and Gestalt-informed approaches, Transformational Presence, and work with values and strengths. The person always comes before the method.
What coaching does not promise
I will not make decisions for you or offer a ready-made recipe for your life. Coaching does not guarantee a particular result. It is also a different form of support from psychotherapy or medical care. During our first meeting, we can consider whether coaching fits what you need now.
QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
Before we meet.
Do I need a clear goal?
No. You can arrive with a question, a feeling of uncertainty or something you cannot yet name. Clarifying the topic can be part of our work.
Can we work in English?
Yes. Sessions are available in Polish and English. We agree on the language of our work together.
What happens in the introductory session?
We discuss your topic, my approach and the practical terms. Part of the meeting is devoted to coaching, so we can experience how it feels to work together.
Do I need to decide straight away?
No. After the introductory session you can decide to continue, take time to reflect, or choose another form of support.
How is confidentiality handled?
We discuss confidentiality, its scope and any limits before starting the process, and include our arrangements in the coaching agreement.
A FIRST CONVERSATION
We can begin with what is here.
You do not need to arrive with everything figured out. An introductory session gives us space to explore your topic and see how we work together.
You can take your time to decide what comes next.
